We are Damira Levacic & Przemyslaw Muszynski.

 

Friends and partners in the kitchen. Part croatian, part polish but found our home in Ireland. Bringing together something new, something old and something foraged to the cultural quarter of Waterford city.

Both of us ended up being chefs after careers that did not bring us  happiness and decided to open The Old Couch Cafe to share our love for food with other people.

We are easy going, regular people. We also make for very unusual restaurant owners since we are the only chefs in our restaurant and also handle all reservations, social media, orders and much more on a daily basis. As much as this is work for us it is also our life 24/7.
